We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things go wrong. All of our products are made to order, so please be sure to review our Return & Refunds Policy before you place your order.  

Returns

• Returns must be shipped within 7 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
• Custom and personalized items are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

• Returns are subject to inspection and approval.
• Once your return inspection is approved, your item will be refunded to your original payment method, minus a 10% restocking fee. 
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
• We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for eligible items.
